- Determine cause on customer complaint
- WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Chec
- With scanner preformed gauge sweep and found oil pressure gauge moving. Removed engine cover and tested oil pressure sensor and found 5 ohms spec is 2 ohms. Recommend replacement of oil sensor.
- OIL LEVEL SENSOR – Remove & Replace
