- Scanned for codes, found faults for TP sensor, Fuel rail pressure sensor, PS pressure sensor, manifold pressure sensor. Checked wiring diagram and found all have the same 5V ref signal from PCM. 5V not present Checked continuity of harness from pcm to each sensor. Found good Checked 5v harness for short to ground and found that it was shorted to ground. Upon further inspection, we found PS pressure was not installed in line, was wedged in by the pump and the harness was cut at connector and shorted to itself. Separated 5V ref wire from the ground and the 5Vs came alive from the PCM. Replace connector and install PS pressure sensor.
- Replace power steering pressure sensor connector and reinstall in pressure line
