  • Found engine light not on at this time. Scanned PCM and found code for fuel system lean P0171.EVAP leak very small P0456. Inspect MASS air sensor and found heavily coated with dust and debris. Cleaned MASS air and allowed to dry for 30 min. Preformed vacuum test on purge solenoid and found held vacuum for 20min. Preformed smoke test 3 times. Verified vent valve operating. Did find vent filter to have heavy dust coverage. EVAP passed leak test. Cleared memory of PCM and test drove to set monitors. Completed monitors on test drive.
  • Cleaned Mass airflow sensor, long test drive to set monitors

  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Chec
  • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
